Business activities of Duralloy
Thin dense/structural chrome coating via the Duralloy process

TDC: Base layer, as monolayer, for wear protection under mixed friction and against corrosion.
TDC-LC:Base layer + oxide layer ; applicable to improve the corrosion resistance and to enhance the friction coefficient (e.g. guide rails)
TDC-Ag: Base layer + silver plate; applicable in cases of load by starved lubrication, dry lubrication (e.g. vacuum technology)
TDC-Multilayer: Highest resistance against corrosion (e.g. offshore area)
Range of materials that can be coated :most of the widely used steels, sintered metals, nonferrous heavy metals and aluminum subject to conditions.
maximum dimensions of parts:
Length 4200 mm
Width 200 mm
Height 600 mm
max. weight 600 kg
max.Oberfläche 100 dm²
Additionally Duralloy ® offers a wide range of conventional electroplating, like:
nickel, copper, tin, hard chrome, brilliant chrome, black chrome, velour chrome, gold and silver.
